Back in September I told myself I would keep an organized planner, eat less late-night pizza, and stop reaching for Nutella once the clock struck midnight. However, those goals never made it past October, and that batch of brand new stationary started losing its motivational shine. My plan to go for frequent runs by the gorgeous Charles River pretty much halted two weeks in.
But today, I did the next best thing — shoot an outfit by it! The Charles was stunning in the sun, and served as a great reminder to take more advantage of its beauty (and go on those runs).
I’ve been wearing too much black and gray lately, and have been trying to add a little bit of color to my wardrobe. This floral dress caught my eye: the fit is flattering, and the cooler hues suit late fall days as well as warmer seasons. (Swap the tights and boots for a pair of ballerina flats and you’re set for spring.)
I paired the dress with a red suede jacket to give the outfit a twist, and a bit more edge and texture.
